Watch the lake come alive as illuminated boats reflect upon the water and up-lit trees glow against the night sky.

Magical Illuminated Boat Experience
For a nominal fare, as darkness falls, take to our fleet of colourfully decorated Bell Boats to become apart of the spectacle yourself. Watch the lights dance across the water as you make your way around the Lights on the Lake.
All proceeds go towards maintaining and improving Rudyard Lake and it’s facilities.
Parking
Visitors are requested to park responsibly and NOT on access roads or blocking local residents driveways as this makes access for emergency vehicles very difficult.
Please pay special attention to signage and coned off restricted areas.
The main Activity Centre carpark will be CLOSED.
Visitors are expected to plan their parking ahead of the event. Here are 3 available off-site car parks:
Railway Station Car Park ST13 6JA
From where their train will shuttle you to and from the event for £1 per person each way (payable on the night).
Horton Lodge Special School Parking ST13 8RB
A free shuttle bus service will run to and from the school for the event. Buses start at 5pm with the last bus at 9pm.
Hotel Rudyard Car Park ST13 8RN
As we understand, the Hotel Rudyard will be available to their customers with a parking charge on entry which is refundable against purchases at the hotel/bar.
